If you created your Fotovido account via Facebook Login, you can request permanent deletion of all personal data at any time. Please follow the steps below so we can process your request securely.
Send an email from the address linked to your Fotovido account to support@fotovido.com with the subject line "Delete my Fotovido data". Include your full name and, if possible, your Facebook user ID.
Our support team verifies within 48 hours that the request was sent by the legitimate account owner.
After verification we delete your Supabase profile, job history, and any files stored on R2 within 7 days and send you a confirmation email.
The deletion process cannot be undone. If you have active subscriptions or running jobs they will be cancelled as part of the request.
